After two terms the person becomes bigger than the job. (In their own minds) The forget that they are there to serve the people. Today our leaders just tumble from blunder to blunder. They remain in power not because they have ability but because they can smooth over the mistakes as they arise and lots of luck at the right time. We need to have a maximum number of terms, and then the current leader is out: Like wheat they need to have a use by date. It beggars belief, that this little turd will refuse to sign Kyoto, because a couple of other nations will not, but will happily invade another country, cause death, destruction, and endless suffering, because one other nation says we should.
